A wonderful and thought-provoking contemporary 3D piece of wall art that portrays the cross in butterflies symbolising the Christian message of the Gospel in a very meaningful way but appealing to a much wider audience too.
 
My hand-cut butterflies are added individually to the background to create the cross. They change from black to grey to cream to white and eventually flutter upwards representing the forgiveness of sin.
 
Our obeche limed wood frames are locally handmade. This artwork is framed in a 50cm x 50cm frame.
