SHIPPING POLICY
The prices shown are for if collect your order from one of our events or our home address. Delivery and packing by 3/5 day Courier service to mainland UK is £7 for a small picture and £12 for a large one. Please ask fo a price for overseas and non UK mainland addresses, likewise if you would like a faster delivery service.
I aim to send your order within 7 working days of hearing from you but during busy times of the year this can be longer so please think ahead I will email you with the anticipated despatch date and actual despatch date
RETURN POLICY
Should you wish to return an item please immediately notify me in writing (email) with the reasons why and your telephone number. You have 14 days to do this from receipt of cancellable goods.
The item should be returned in suitable packaging and you should purchase a signed for option from the sender and ask for a proof of posting certificate. You are responsible for the cost of postage.
As soon as the item reaches us safely and in the condition it was sent I will refund the order payment back to your payment method.

PAYMENT METHOD
Paypal is the simplest way and very safe. If you do not have a paypal account you can use paypal to buy your item with your own credit or debit card. I accept Visa and Mastercard but not American Express. Alternatively I can give you my bank account details so you can pay by BACS
